Use this form for information controlled by INNOFIX TECHNOLOGIES (PTY) LTD, such as your POPIA Pal account, billing profile or communications. For information controlled by one of our customer organisations, use that organisation's request portal or contact its Information Officer.
Providing contact and request details is necessary so we can locate records and respond. We may request proportionate identity evidence through a secure channel. Requests are shared only with authorised personnel and relevant operators and are normally retained for three years after resolution.
